Recruitment Procedure
Golden Manpower Consultants follow a very highly standardized methodology for the process of selection. The steps involved in selecting candidates are as follows:
  • Receive the power of attorney (if necessary) and demand letter from the client.
  • Submit the power of attorney and demand letter to the consulate and collect the name of the approved panel doctor for the country.
  • Make an artwork of the advertisement.
  • Release the advertisement in leading newspapers having the best response reach to target appropriate candidates.
  • Receive applications, scrutinize & shortlist candidates.
  • Send the short-listed candidates CVs to the client and get a list of candidates selected by them.
  • Organize final interviews, from all aspects.
  • Send candidates for trade test (if necessary).
  • Get new list of selected candidates.
  • Send candidates for medical test.
  • Receive final confirmation from the client.
